My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were quite big with an excellent view of Ragusa Ibla, the old city perched on a hill, and the balcony offered lovely views over the valley to the old town on the opposite mountain. The service was friendly and welcoming, with helpful staff providing information about visiting Ragusa. The location was convenient for exploring the city and there were plenty of dining options nearby. However, the room could have been fresher without the use of aromatics.
The hotel offers a fantastic view of the old town and distant scenic views from the rooms, which are a very nice size with a beautiful shower view. The limited furniture might be a downside for some, but the fast free wifi made up for it. The service was excellent, with special thanks to Irene for her helpful directions and the breakfast service. The location is ideal for exploring on foot and within walking distance of Ibla. The dining experience was delightful with a lovely array of breakfast options. Overall, a great value for money stay with a few minor room furnishing limitations.
My stay at the hotel was simply luxurious with amazing views of Ibla. The rooms were modern with clean and efficient lines, but there was one day during our 4-day stay when the rubbish was left in the room and red fluff filled the floors from the matting outside during the rain. The service was friendly and helpful at all times, and the charming staff were always ready to assist. The location was perfect, within walking distance of both the station, bus stops, and the beautiful town of Ragusa Ibla, making it convenient for exploring. The dining experience was very good, with a great choice and quality of food. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything one could need for a comfortable stay.
